Aequian is an extinct language that was part of the Italic branch of the Indo-European language family, closely related to Umbrian. It was spoken by the Aequi in North-East Latium

It was spoken in east-central Italy in the Alban hills near Rome from the 5th - 3rd century BCE before the Common Era.
