Indigenous Peoples Council on Biocolonialism

The Indigenous Peoples Council on Biocolonialism (IPCB) is a non-profit organization based in Nixon, Nevada that aims to assist indigenous peoples in the protection of their genetic resources, indigenous knowledge, cultural and human rights from what it considers to be the negative effects of biotechnology.

IPCB was a signatory of the Indigenous Peoples' Seattle Declaration in 1999. [http://www.ldb.org/indi99.htm]
