She was nominated for the Turner Prize for her sculptural installations in solo shows at Matthew Marks Gallery, New York, and Galerie Daniel Buchholz, Cologne, as well as her work in the Tate Triennial 2006. The Tate Gallery said,"Her works combine a wide range of sources with a strong formal awareness, injecting conventional materials with a sensual physicality to create something wholly new."Fact|date=August 2008

Some of her sculptural work shows figures around one-third life size and with extremely rough modelling to the point where they appear to be only the first stage of making a sculpture.

She currently live and works in London.
