Keith Short

Keith Short

Keith Short (born March 8, 1941) is a sculptor in the British feature film industry.

He was born and grew up in Wolverhampton, later moving to London to work as a stone carver on the restoration of the Henry VIII chapel at Westminster Abbey.

He started on feature films in 1979, working on Ridley Scott's "Alien".

He has been the head of a department of sculptors on many films including Oliver Stone's "Alexander", "The Mummy", "The Mummy Returns", "", "Mortal Kombat", "The Fifth Element", "The Princess Bride", "Willow", "Highlander", and "Greystoke - The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes".
