Bataysk

Bataysk ( _ru. Бата́йск) is a city in Rostov Oblast, Russia, located km to mi|15 south-west of Rostov-on-Don. Population: ru-census2002|107438|; su-census1989|91930|.

Bataysk has gained international attention since unveiling a "monument that shows a man's hand gripping a nubile female breast, which officials say will bring family happiness to men who touch it" [cite web|title=ABC News Australia|url=http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2008/07/12/2301991.htm|work="Russian town puts breasts on a pedestal."|accessdate=2008-07-14]

It was founded in 1769, and received town status in 1938.
