Jelutong Expressway, JEWay, Federal route JKR|3113, or ("Lebuhraya Jelutong" in Malay) is an extension of Penang Bridge which connects George Town, Penang to Bayan Lepas. This expressway is situated along the eastern coast of Penang Island, off the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia

Funding for the construction of this expressway was contributed jointly by the Malaysian Public Works Department and the Penang state government. Many hectares of land had to be reclaimed to allow the construction of the expressway to take place. Time taken to reuse the reclaimed land was very short and there was not enough time for proper settlement of waste at the sites. There is possibility of earth movement which may cause accidents, but the authorities still went ahead with the Jelutong Expressway project to prove critics wrong about state government inefficiency, in anticipation of the 2004 election.
