Adílio de Oliveira Gonçalves, usually known simply as Adílio (born on May 15, 1956 in Rio de Janeiro) is a former Brazilian football attacking midfielder.

He was a talented midfielder, who played for Clube de Regatas do Flamengo between 1978 and 1987, "Enciclopédia do Futebol Brasileiro", Volume 1 - Lance, Rio de Janeiro: Aretê Editorial S/A, 2001.] during the most glorious years in the history of the Gávea club. During those years, he won virtually every competition he disputed: the Rio State Championship in 1978, 1979 (twice), 1981 and 1986; the Brazilian National Championship in 1980, 1982, 1983 and 1987; the 1981 Libertadores Cup, and the 1981 Intercontinental Cup, when he scored one of the goals of Flamengo's 3-0 victory against England's Liverpool FC.

Other noteworthy goals scored by Adílio were the first goal in Flamengo's 2-1 victory over city rivals Vasco da Gama in the 1981 Rio de Janeiro State Championship final match and the winning goal for Brazilian national team against West Germany in a friendly match in Maracanã stadium, shortly before the 1982 FIFA World Cup. Despite his outstanding performance that day, playing as a left winger, coach Telê Santana chose to keep him out of the team that was eventually dropped out of the World Cup by Italy, in the quarterfinals.

Adílio also played for Coritiba in 1987 and 1988, Barcelona de Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 1989, Alianza Lima, Peru, in 1991 and 1992, and Borussia Fulda in 1996, besides some smaller clubs in Rio de Janeiro state, like América de Três Rios in 1994, Barreira in 1995 and in 1996, Friburguense in 1996 and Barra Mansa in 1997. He played for Itumbiara in 1991, Santos (ES) in 1993, and Bacabal and Serrano in 1995.
