Life Guards

There are several military regiments called the Life Guards:

*The Life Guards of the British Army.
*The Life Guards of the Swedish Army.
*The Leib Guards of the Imperial Russian Army.
*The Garde du Corps of the French Army during the Ancien Régime
*The Commander-in-Chief's Guard of the Continental Army, commonly referred to as Washington's Life Guards.
