Sandra Ingerman

Sandra Ingerman is a psychotherapist and shamanic practitioner who teaches workshops on shamanism around the world. Ingerman received her M.A. in counseling psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is a licensed therapist and counselor in the state of New Mexico. oul Retrieval

Soul Retrieval is a process for pulling back energy that one has spent or lost. It is similar in some ways to Victor Sanchez's recapitulation technique. This method has been claimed to have been used in many forms of shamanism and Carlos Castenada wrote of a similar technique. Soul Retrieval is a widely used technique today due to the Book Soul Retrival bringing the technique to the forefront of thought in the field.
