Vancouver Whitecaps Women is a professional Canadian women’s soccer team, founded in 2003, which is a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the premier women’s soccer league in the United States and Canada. The Whitecaps play in the Western Conference.

The Whitecaps play their home games at Swangard Stadium in the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, 11 kilometres (7 miles) east of downtown Vancouver. The team's colours are blue and white.

The team is a sister organization of the men's Vancouver Whitecaps and Vancouver Whitecaps Residency teams, which play in the USL First Division and the USL Premier Development League respectively.
