Cheremkhovo (Russian: Черемхово) is a town in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Trans-Siberian Railway. Population: 52,650 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 60,107 (2002 Census);[2] 73,636 (1989 Census).[3]

It was founded in 1772. It is one of the coal-mining towns in the Irkutsk coal basin.
