The initials IRDA can refer to various things:

* In Information and Communications Technology , IrDA refers to Infrared Data Association, a standard for communication between devices (such as computers, PDAs and mobile phones) over short distances using infrared signals.
* In medicine, Intermittent rhythmic delta activity, a type of abnormal brain wave.
* Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority, the administrative agency of Government of India for insurance sector supervision and development
* Iskandar Region Development Authority, a key entity to the successful implementation of Iskandar Development Region, Malaysia

Irda is also a fictional species in the Dragonlance series, see Irda (Dragonlance)
