David Ting

David Ting

David Ting is the former Head of the office of the European Commission in Hong Kong & Macau.[1] He holds a Ph. D. in Political Science from the University of Paris where he later served as an assistant professor teaching European Law. He started in the European Commission in 1975 and has been Head of the office since 2000.
