Bert (video game)

Bert (video game)

Bert is a 1994 video game written by Ingemar Ragnemalm for the Mac OS. It was based on the original Q*Bert arcade game from 1982. It is compatible with both Motorola 68k and PowerPC-based Apple Macintosh computers.Originally shareware, the game was re-released in 2000 as freeware.

The slogan of the game is "The rise and fall of a Swedish politician", referring to Bert Karlsson, a former member of Swedish parliament, 1991-1994. The main character in the game is pictured as Karlsson, and other Swedish politicians, like Ingvar Carlsson and Carl Bildt form various characters in the game.
