Hays plays Mitch, a very ordinary man with little luck with women. He manages to get a date with Donna, the mayor's daughter. The date doesn't go well and he soon drops her off at her house. Later that evening she is murdered while showering and soon Mitch becomes the prime suspect. Quote box
