Welly may refer to:

* Wellington boot, protective boot popularized by the first Duke of Wellington.
* Welly (toy company) manufacturer of toy cars
* A nickname for the city of Wellington, New Zealand, and:
** Wellington Phoenix FC, professional football club based in Wellington, New Zealand, and participating in the Australian A-League

* Welly Rub, a side effect of continued wearing of wellington boot. Usually results in scarring around mid calf area of leg, and can also appear in conjunction with severe pain in arch area of foot. Most severe cases seen after continual wearing, e.g. at weekend music festivals, such as Reading. Symptoms enhanced when wrong size of Wellington Boot worn.
