Al-Mundhir II ibn Yahya ibn al-Mundhir Mu'azz al-Dawlah (Arabic: المنذر بن يحي معز الدولة‎) was the third local boss of the Banu Tujibi group. He ruled Zaragoza from 1029-1039.
