Nord-Trøndelag County Municipality (Norwegian: Nord-Trøndelag fylkeskommune) is the regional governing administration of Nord-Trøndelag, Norway. The main responsibilities of the county municipality includes the running of 12 upper secondary schools, with 7,000 pupils. It administrates 1,771 km of county roadways, public transport, dental care, culture and cultural heritage.

The county council has 35 members, and Chairman of the County Council is Erik Bartnes (Centre Party) while his deputy is Åse Marie Hagen (Labour Party). The county cabinet is led by Alf-Daniel Moen and has four members, from the Labour Party and the Centre Party. The administration is located in Steinkjer.
