Jacques Nguyễn Văn Mầu (born January 22, 1914) is a Vietnamese bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. At the age of 97, he is currently one of the oldest bishops in the Roman Catholic Church and the second oldest Vietnamese bishop.

Mầu was born in Bà Rịa, Vietnam, in 1914. He was ordained a priest on September 21, 1940, appointed bishop of Vinh Long following the resignation of Antoine Nguyễn Văn Thiện on July 12, 1968, and he received his episcopal consecration on September 12, 1968. He retired from the diocese of Vinh Long on July 3, 2001, at age of 87.
