The New South Wales Shadow Cabinet is the opposition to the incumbent Government (Liberal/Nationals Coalition) in the State of New South Wales. The Shadow cabinet is made up of 15 members of the NSW Australian Labor Party caucus. The shadow cabinet is made up of 'Spokesman/women' or 'Shadow Ministers' whose jobs are to hold the government of the day to account.

  • Linda Burney MLA: Deputy Leader of the Opposition, Shadow Minister for Planning, Infrastructure and Heritage, Shadow Minister for Sport and Recreation, Shadow Minister for the Hunter, Shadow Minister for the Central Coast
  • Michael Daley MLA: Shadow Treasurer, Shadow Minister for Finance and Services
  • Andrew McDonald MLA: Shadow Minister for Health, Shadow Minister for Medical Research
  • Penny Sharpe MLC: Shadow Minister for Transport
  • Tony Kelly MLC: Shadow Minister for Roads and Ports, Shadow Minister for Resources and Primary Industries, Shadow Minister for Tourism, Major Events, Hospitality and Racing
  • Luke Foley MLC: Shadow Minister for Environment and Climate Change, Shadow Minister for Water, Shadow Minister for Energy and Special Minister of State
  • Cherie Burton MLA: Shadow Minister for Volunteering and Youth, Shadow Minister for Fair Trading, Shadow Minister for Healthy Lifestyles
