Hubbs, 1953Neoclinus stephensae, known commonly as the Yellowfin fringehead in the United States,[1] is a species of chaenopsid blenny in the genus Neoclinus.[2] It is found in the eastern Pacific ocean.[2] It was named by Clark L. Hubbs in 1953,[3] and can reach a maximum length of 10 centimetres.[2]
