National Arbitration and Mediation (also known as NAM) is a national provider of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. The company is one of the largest ADR providers in the country with over 2,000 panelists on their roster. The panelists consist of former appellate and Supreme Court judges and attorney specialists from all fifty states as well as Puerto Rico.

NAM’s headquarters is located in Garden City, New York. Additional hub locations exist throughout New York in Midtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Westchester County as well as in Massachusetts and Florida.

History

National Arbitration and Mediation (also known as NAM) is a national provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. NAM functions as a neutral party in all cases and maintains multiple rosters of hearing officers (also known as neutrals or panelists) who oversee each case.

NAM was founded in March 1992 by President and CEO, Roy Israel. The company went public in 1996 as NAM was a NASDAQ-listed company and was owned by public shareholders until it was privatized in early 2005.

Neutrals

NAM has a roster of over 2,000 hearing officers who oversee each case. The hearing officers consist of former appellate and supreme court judges and attorney specialists from all fifty states as well as Puerto Rico. Some of their more notable neutrals include Hon. John P. DiBlasi, Shelley Rossoff Olsen, Esq. and Kenneth Grundstein, Esq.
