NSL Services Group (previously known as NCP Services Group), was formed in Spring 2007 by the demerger of NCP into two separate Businesses, and provides parking enforcement, bus and coach operations, city centre CCTV monitoring, back office processing, "iconic" streetscape consultancy and debt recovery. They also operate services internationally.

The company was demerged from National Car Parks as NCP Services in 2007, and became NSL Services Group in April 2009. It is owned by the private equity firm AAC Capital Partners.

Company overview

NSL is a UK market leader in on-street parking enforcement, running contracts on behalf of more than 60 local authorities and two national Government organisations – the DVLA and the Northern Ireland Roads Service. They also work with BAA at Heathrow and Gatwick airports, transporting people between terminals.

They are one of fewer than 50 companies nationwide to achieve Investor in People Champion status and won the Training Award at the 2007 British Parking Awards.{www.britishparkingawards.co.uk/Resources/parkingwinners07a.doc]

NSL Passenger Transport

NSL Services operates coaching and transfer services for both Heathrow and gatwick airports on behalf of BAA, and provides secure transport services, such as hospital, bariatric and care transfers for the health service through its subsidiary NSL Care Services and the UK brand Patient First.
