The Ash-colored Tapaculo (Myornis senilis) is a tapaculo species. Placed in the monotypic genus Myornis,[citation needed] its affiliations are not well-determined; provisionally it is placed with the other tapaculos in the family Formicariidae.

It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
