Milles Nunatak

Milles Nunatak (70°55′S 160°6′E / 70.917°S 160.1°E / -70.917; 160.1) is a nunatak lying 3 nautical miles (6 km) northeast of Howell Peak on the north end of Daniels Range, Usarp Mountains. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy aerial photographs, 1960-62. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for David B Milles, United States Antarctic Research Program (USARP) biological laboratory technician at McMurdo Station, 1967-68.
