New England Tanker Chartering

The New England Tanker Chartering, Inc. is a shipbroker that started in 1984. Kevin T. O'Hara founded the company after he resigned as a vice president of Stolt-Nielsen where he worked for fifteen years. The company also has a Houston, Texas office, since June 2000.
