Meyer Bockstein

Meyer Bockstein or Meer Feliksovich Bokshtein or Bokstein (October 4, 1913, to May 2, 1990) was a topologist from Moscow who introduced the Bockstein homomorphism. The Bockstein spectral sequence is named after him.
