Mervyn Burtch

Mervyn Burtch MBE is a Welsh composer born (1929) and resident in Ystrad Mynach, Wales.

In 1991 Burtch received the John Edwards Memorial Award, one of Wales' most prestigious music honours, for the promotion of Welsh Music and in 2003 was awarded the MBE for services to Welsh Music.
