Margaret à Barrow (1500-1560/1569) was an English lady, well-known for her learning.

Margaret was the wife of Thomas Elyot and the daughter of Sir Maurice à Barrow of North Barrow, Somerset. Her second husband was James Dyer of Wincanton, Somerset. Her portrait was painted by Hans Holbein the Younger.
