Maline pri Štrekljevcu is a small village to the north of Štrekljevec in the Semič municipality in Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[2] Particularly in the northern part of the village many late 19th century and early 20th century traditional village houses and outbuildings are preserved and have been included on the Slovenian Ministry for Culture's Registry of Immovable Cultural Heritage.[3]
