Dorobanţi Tower is a proposed hotel and residential building in Bucharest with a total of 50 floors[1] and a surface area of 73,600 m2 (792,000 sq ft).

The project comprises 34,000 m2 (370,000 sq ft) of a five star hotel, 35,000 m2 (380,000 sq ft) of apartments and 4,600 m2 (50,000 sq ft) of retail space.
