Edi O. Cruz (born December 17, 1986), better known by his stage name Cruzito, is a Latino/Canadian reggaeton singer originally known from his collaboration on R.K.M & Ken-Y`s debut album Masterpiece. His music is characterized by displaying a wide variety of styles and influences.

Biography

Cruz was born in Honduras and raised in Montreal, Quebec. He was first introduced to Gospel music by his mother, at a very young age Cruz developed amazing skills writing poems and story tales at the French school he was enrolled. Years later Cruz started exploring the urban life and quickly got interested on pop music. Influenced by the 80s Michael Jackson and today's Justin Timberlake, Cruz started to compose and record his own demos. After posting a couple of songs on the internet, Cruz provoced some interest, the young talent then caught the attention of several producers including Pina Records's C.E.O, who offered him his first recording contract. That same year Cruzito worked with Grammy Award-nominated reggae-ton duo R.K.M & Ken-Y on their debut album Masterpiece (Rakim y Ken-Y album) featuring three of his songs including the well known single Dime Que Sera. A couple of months later the young Canadian proved himself in front of thousands of people singing live at Masterpiece (Rakim y Ken-Y album) World Tour Concert in EL COLISEO DE PUERTO RICO. Along the way Cruzito has repeatedly travelled to South America and the United States, he also has collaborated with "Reggaeton" artists such as Gringo, Randy, Lito, Nicky Jam, Tony Dize, Plan B, Adassa and more.
