The Chicago Kick are a professional indoor soccer team that play in the Major Indoor Soccer League. The Kick joined the MISL as an expansion team in 2011, replacing the defunct Chicago Riot.
On September 27 2011, the MISL announced that the Chicago Kick failed to secure a suitable venue in time and would not play for the 2011-2012 season. The Kick will try to join the league for the 2012-2013 season.[1][2]
