The 4th constituency of the Charente-Maritime is a French legislative constituency in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes).

It consists of eleven cantons and two municipalities in Saintes-Est located in the arrondissements of Rochefort, Saintes and Jonzac: Archiac, Cozes, Gémozac, Jonzac, Mirambeau, Montendre, Montguyon, Montlieu-la-Garde, Pons, Royan-Est, Saint-Genis-de-Saintonge, Saintes-Est (only Colombiers and La Jard)
