Lt Dominic Sorel or just Dominic is a soldier of the United Federation of Predgio Towers.
Little is known about Lt. Dominic Sorel, his past, or his relationship with the war between humans and Scub Corals. He is under the command of Col. Dewey Novak as a special intelligence force. Scenes of the ending song shows that he was an orphan of Warsaw. Little is also known about Dominic's parents and his non-militia life.

His relationship with Anemone is a special one, since the show doesn't focus too much till episode 48. Viewers know that he loves Anemone and Anemone loves him, so it is presumed that they will be married in the future.
