Andrzej Szczypiorski

[ (February 3 1924 – May 16 2000 ) – Polish novelist and politician.

During World War II he was a partisan of Polish People’s Army. He was a participant of the Warsaw Uprising.After Warsaw Uprising he was a prisoner of Sachsenhausen concentration camp.

He was a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
