*Under Lock and Key - Paul and Barry have sold the caravan and bought a mill to live in. They set up a security system.
*Gala Performance - The brothers set up a performance by an opera singer
*Pizza the Action - A pizza delivery service is next for the duo, with the usual results.
*Mystery Tour - Paul and Barry start their own travel company and take Mrs. McCallister to Lord Cranberrys' Stately Home for the day.
*The Bells - Paul and Barry make bells for the local church, with catastophic results. But the bells keep breaking.
*Party Planners - Paul and Barry dabble with balloons.
*Men In White Coats - Paul and Barry have white coats on, and get mistaken for something else.
*Mind Over Marrow - Improving someone's garden turns to chaos when the brothers run over his garden with a JCB.
*Headline News - Paul and Barry set up a newspaper.
*Time Travellers - The duo become watch and clock menders, with a time travelling twist.
*Treasures of the Deep - Paul and Barry think there's a sunken ship with treasure in the local park.
*Airport Assistance - The duo help out at an airport. (Although this episode was filmed in Coventry airport, some of the scenes show London Stansted airport.)
*Grand Hotel - The mill is turned into a hotel.
*Chucklemart - A mobile market is on the agenda.
*Record Breakers - The late Roy Castle appears in this episode, which sees Paul and Barry trying to get into the Guinness Book of Records.

eries 7 (1995)

*Spilt Milk - The duo try to get some milk for their tea.
*The Hunt For Chalky White - A newspaper competition to find a character called Chalky White proves tricky for the hapless brothers.
*Not In Our Back Yard - There has been news that the brothers mill will be demolished for room for the new road.
*Another Fine Ness - Paul and Barry enter a competition for tickets all over the world but to win they need to find the loch ness monster before their cousins
*Power Play - The brothers have a powercut so they make their own electricity.
*Health Farm - The brothers visit a Health farm where the instructors make them work hard when the instructors eat fish and chips when the guests aren't looking, the brothers soon catch them doing it.
*A Clean Sweep - The Chuckles end up cleaning a chimney.
*The Missing Piece - Beaming Beryl has a jigsaw worth a fortune somewhere. The brothers wonder if they have it.
*The Barge - "No Slacking" tries to have a peaceful day on his barge.
*Pick Your Own - Paul and Barry take charge of a fruit picking business.
*Final Frontier - The brothers try and get into space.
*My Lucky Number's Nine - Barry can't lose competitions with his lucky number.
*Clueless Chuckles - Paul and Barry stay at a hotel for the night, but something is afoot with the other "guests".
*What's Cooking - Paul and Barry's new dessert business is called upon for a Blancmange.
*Monkery Business - Fancy dress, monks and a monastery all lead to confusion for the brothers.

eries 8 (1995-1996)

15 episodes. This is the first episode where the mill is gone.
*The Exterminators - The duo fight woodworm.
*Monkey Business - Paul and Barry agree to look after Chester Merriment's pet, Tiddles. Problems arise when he turns out to be a gorilla.
*Marquee Madness - Paul and Barry try to put up a marquee for a posh do.
*Out Of Sight - Paul and Barry are cleaners at a research centre, and cause chaos when they think they have turned invisible.
*Football Heroes - Paul and Barry finally get to play for their heroes Rotherham United, with chaotic results.
*Chucklestein - Brush sellers working for "No Slacking", the boys visit the home of Dr. Bonkers, who decides he needs one of them for an experiment.
*Oh Brother - Paul and Barry run a railway station. A tramp is thrown from a train and claims to be their long lost brother, Trevor.
*Lottery Lunacy - Paul and Barry have a pound, which they try and spend on the National Lottery.
*Lock In - Paul and Barry get locked in a DIY store for the night, pursued by a security guard.
*Charm School - Paul and Barry train as butlers at Mrs Butler's Charm School, and then take jobs at a Stately Home.
*Traction Attraction - Barry enters his mangle worzel into a competition at the local country fayre.
*Finders Keepers - Havoc for the lighthouse keeper when the brothers turn up.
*Costa Lotta - The duo are sent to look after Dan the Van's apartment in Spain, and they decide to look at the plumbing while they're there.
*Dear Diary - Paul misinterprets Barry's diary, and mistakenly believes him to have been Anne Frank's lover
*Steeple Chucks - Paul and Barry try and blow up a chimney.

eries 9 (1996-1997)

15 episodes.
*Bats in the Belfry - The brothers look into a belfry full of bats.
*High Jinx - Paul and Barry are stewards on a plane, accidentally spill soup on the captain, then lock him in a cupboard and somehow end up with no-one flying the plane.
*Chuckles in Charge - The brothers run a holiday camp.
*Digging for Dinosaurs (also called "Roman Gold Dilemma" due to the fact that no dinosaur bones were seen until the end, and that the brothers were protecting their discovered bag of Roman coins from the female archeologist who wanted them for herself) - The brothers try excavating. There's a running gag in this episode; the stack of shelves that had pots on them was continuously knocked down at certain moments throughout the episode.
*Wheels of Misfortune - A London to Brighton car run takes place, and "No Slacking" is determined to win.
*Paint Drips - The brothers attempt to paint the local library, but get carried away with the brushes.
*The Big Day - The duo arrange a wedding for an unsuspecting customer in a jewellers shop.
*Loch Aye - Paul and Barry attempt to get to the highland games.
*Lord Chuckle - Paul believes he has become Lord Chuckle due to a birth mark, but the butler is having none of it.
*Oh Dear What Can The Mattress Be? - Working in a bed shop for Dan, the brothers attempt to deliver a bed for the manager.
*Shipwrecked - Paul and Barry are stranded on an island.
*Put Up Job - Paul and Barry enter a sandcastle competition.
*Tailor's Dummies - The brothers get into tartan as tailors.
*Clowning Around - Paul and Barry help "No Slacking" to rehearse.
*Kidnapped - The duo attempt to track down Dan the Van, whom they assume has been kidnapped, but it proves harder than they imagine.

eries 10 (1997-1998)

15 episodes.
*The Perils Of Petrovich - Paul and Barry become bodyguards to ballet dancing king Petrovich Leningrad, played by Patrick Mower.
*Gold Rush - There's gold on the land, but a disagreement to who's land it is.
*New Pages - When a delivery man slips in the duo's chip shop, Paul and Barry make amends by agreeing to deliver a tapestry to a mansion. However, they also have to put it up.
*Outward Bounders - The brothers go on an outward bound challenge.
*The Shout - Paul and Barry become firemen. All four brothers star.
*Flat Broke - The brothers deliver a fireplace to Dan's flat, but problems ensue as to which flat is Dan's.
*Safari Park Keepers - Paul and Barry look after the lions at a safari park, but poachers appear.
*Stop That Stamp - The duo try and find a rare stamp.
*A Night At The Theatre - Paul and Barry think a theatre is haunted.
*Auto-Manics - The brothers work at a garage, lose their bike to the owner, fix the car wash, and sell cars for a penny.
*Indiana Chuckles - Paul and Barry seek the lost pyramid of King Rother.
*Sleepwalker - Barry goes sleepwalking while the duo work in a mobile phone store.
*Bigfoot - Paul and Barry go on the search for Bigfoot. This episode is set in a forest in Canada.
*Waiting For Dan - The brothers help out at Dan's rest home, with chaos to boot.
*The Gathering - Paul and Barry search the world for their relations for a family gathering.
