Alexis Pham Van Lôc (born March 17 1919) is an Vietnamese Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church.

Alexis Pham Van Lôcwas born in Huế, Vietnam, ordained a priest on August 21 1951, Appointed Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of Kontum as well as Titular Bishop of Respecta on March 27 1975 and ordained bishop on same day. Succeeded Paul-Léon Seitz as Bishop of the Diocese of Kontum on October 2 1975 and retired on April 8 1995.
