John Aloysius Morgan (October 9 1909 – May 21 2008) was a Australian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. At the time of death was one of oldest Catholic Bishops.

Morgan was born in Melbourne, Australia. He attended St Joseph's CBC North Melbourne (now St Joseph's College Melbourne) in 1917 and later in 1920 to 1926. He was ordained a priest on July 15, 1934 from the Archdiocese of Melbourne. He was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn as well as Titular bishop of Membressa on March 6, 1969 and ordained bishop on April 28, 1969. He was appointed May 29, 1969 to the Roman Catholic Military Ordinariate of Australia where he would remain until of January 2, 1985, as well at the Auxiliary bishop of Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.

In 2003 he co-celebrated Mass at St Patrick's Cathedral Melbourne to mark the Centenary of his old school, St. Joseph's.

Morgan died on May 21, 2008 at age of 98
