Judith Wills

Judith Wills (born 1950 - ) is a British author, food and health journalist, magazine editor and columnist. She was born in Oxfordshire, the youngest child of a telephone salesman and an ex-primary schoolteacher and was educated at the Oxford College of Technology. Judith Wills lives on the borders of Herefordshire and Wales.

Career

In 1967, at age 17, Judith Wills moved to London and became a secretary then writer for the UK’s top pop culture magazine of the day – "Fabulous" [http://www.sixtiescity.com/Media/med007.jpg] – at the tail end of the Swinging Sixties , and spent many years at the heart of the London media and show business scene.Wills is now one of the UK's best-known and knowledgeable nutrition and diet experts, with over two million copies of her books sold. Her books on food, diet and health include the international bestseller, "The Food Bible". She was editor of "Slimmer" magazine for over 10 years and and then went on to write a weekly food column in The Daily Express.
