Shaun Teale (born March 10, 1964 in Southport) is a former English footballer, most famous for his stint with Aston Villa.

He was a central defender who joined Bournemouth from non-league Weymouth for £50,000 in 1989. He spent three seasons at Bournemouth before moving to Aston Villa. Upon leaving Villa he had a spell with Tranmere Rovers and was a rock in the centre of defence for Motherwell in the Scottish Premier League. Teale was appointed manager of Burscough, a team in the Unibond Premier Division. Whilst he was there, the side won the 2003 FA Trophy; a Non-League counterpart of the FA Cup.
