"Trying to Be Me" is the debut album by country singer Laura Bryna. It was released in 2008 on Equity Music Group, a label owned by country singer Clint Black. The album was re-released not long afterward with "Out the Window" removed from the track listing, as that song was released by Ashley Gearing as a single.

"Make a Wish" is a song co-written by Bryna about her work with the Make a Wish Foundation, which also used it as there advertisement song.Fact|date=August 2008 The music video features Bryna singing through out it at varies places. The video also features kids of the Make a Wish Foundation holding pictures of what they wish for and then getting it.
