Uncial 072 (Gregory-Aland), is a Greek uncial manuscript of the New Testament, dated paleographically to the 5/6th century. The codex contains a part of the Gospel of Mark (2:23-3:5), survived only 1 leave (20 cm by 15 cm). Written in two columns per page, 22 lines per page. It is a palimpsest. The upper text is Arabic.

The codex formerly was located in Damascus, in Kubbet el Chazne.

The Greek text of this codex Aland placed it in Category III.
