The Arboretum of South Barrington

The Arboretum of South Barrington is a lifestyle center that opened in the Fall 2008 in the affluent Chicago suburb of South Barrington, IL. Located in the heart of an emerging commerce corridor, the center is looking to be a haven for upscale retailers. The 600,000 square foot center will be made up of a mix of upscale apparel retailers, furniture retailers, restaurants, and a luxury movie theater.

Already committed retailers and restaurants include Ann Taylor LOFT, Chico's, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Circuit City, DSW, Inc., American Eagle Outfitters, L.L. Bean (the first in the Chicago area), Bath & Body Works, Swoozie's, Coldwater Creek, Claire's, Yankee Candle, Soft Surroundings, Arhaus Furniture, Toms-Price, Francesca's Collections, Victoria's Secret, Panera Bread, Noodles & Company, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and many more. The center will also be home to a luxury movie theater and an upscale entertainment establishment (bowling, bocce ball, etc.).

Currently, there are 35 committed retailers and restaurants.
