Paulo Morelli (São Paulo, 1956) is a Brazilian film director.

When studying architecture at the University of São Paulo, Morelli became involved in experimental film making. In the 90' with Fernando Meirelles and Andrea Barata Ribeiro, he became an advertisement film director with the "O2 Filmes", the biggest Brazilian advertisement firm, which has also produced "City of God", "Domésticas (Maids)" and "Speaker Phone (Viva Voz)".
