EHS cells
(= Englebreth-Holm-Swarm sarcoma cells)
A line of mouse cells that produce large amounts of basement membrane-type extracellular matrix (ecm), rich in laminin, collagen type IV, nidogen and heparan sulphate. Often used as a source of these ecm molecules.
