dynorphin
Lackie Opiate peptide derived from the hypothalamic precursor pro-dynorphin (that also contains the neoendorphin sequences). Contains the penta-peptide leu-enkephalin sequence. Its binding affinity is greater for the k -type than for the m- type opioid receptor.
