Incessant In*ces"sant, a. [L. incessans, -antis; pref. in- not + cessare to cease: cf. F. incessant. See {Cease}.] Continuing or following without interruption; unceasing; unitermitted; uninterrupted; continual; as, incessant clamors; incessant pain, etc. [1913 Webster]
