Hypohyal
Hypohyal Hy`po*hy"al, a. [Pref. hypo- + Greek letter ?.] (Anat.) Pertaining to one or more small elements in the hyoidean arch of fishes, between the caratohyal and urohyal. -- n. One of the hypohyal bones or cartilages. [1913 Webster]
