Hemidactyl Hem`i*dac"tyl, n. [See {Hemi-}, and {Dactyl}.] (Zo["o]l.) Any species of Old World geckoes of the genus {Hemidactylus}. The hemidactyls have dilated toes, with two rows of plates beneath. [1913 Webster]
